Design of headstock of the deburring machine
Tatíček, Jiří ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Omes, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is design of deburring machine, focusing on the headstock, capable of aligning the front side and chamfering at the round bars. At the beginning is a short research design nodes, used in the construction of machine tools. As part of the work was done and the measurement of cutting forces to determine the load while standing. Work also includes a series of calculations to justify the use of selected components. The outcome of the work is also a 3D model.
Design of grinding spindl
Slavíček, Josef ; Jaroš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the construction of grinding machine spindle. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is engaged with the general description of the spindles, their design components, the accuracy requirements and modern trends in the spindles. The second part is engaged with the design calculations of selected grinding spindle. The conclusion of this work is drawing and 3D model of that selected spindle, is created by using Autodesk Inventor 10.
Lathe spindle
Zábojník, Petr ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis will be talking about one of main parts of lathe, about spindle. In first part I’m going to make a research in this subject. I will mention about a history, development and types of lathe. Following lines will be about function of spindles and their separation in terms of drive. I’m also going to focus on the impact of toughness and precision of the spindle imposition on machining accuracy. Conclusion of the first part will be fulfill with the selection of bearings, methods of work holding, lathe manufacturers and types of lubricating. The second part will be designing of spindle itself. Complemented with an assembly drawing and 3D model.
Design of elongated right angle milling head for horizontal boring machine
Svoboda, Ondřej ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of right-angled elongated milling head for horizontal boring machine of FERMAT production. The thesis includes a detailed research of milling heads, a description of the head´s basic components and certain commercially available head´s comparison. Design part is describe components description and the design. Calculations are focused on determinating of forces generated during machining, setting of loading spectrum and the power load calculating individual gears during machining. In the next part is calculation of the reactions in the spindle bearings included, the equivalent load and durability of spindle bearings, spindle deformation and spindle bearings optimum distance. The thesis also includes spindle strength calculation, horizontal and vertical shafts analysis, gears design with helical teeth and gear strength. The thesis describes the design of extended milling head and particular design nodes which is supplemented by the 3D model. In this thesis is also included a drawing of assembly and components.
Application of reversible engineering process onto lathe SU 110/500
Hlaváček, Rudolf ; Drlík, Michal (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on application of reversible engineering onto lathe SU 110/500. Thesis is divided into three main parts. First is focused on studying blueprints of lathe SU110/500. In this part I have found mistakes in construction and drawings. In the second pard I have found out solution. And the third part is focused on safety calculations of spindle.
Active Compensation of Tool Deflection
Zarboch, Jaromír ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Březina, Tomáš (advisor)
This paper deals with design of tool deflection compensation system for milling spindle C1, provided by company TOSHULIN, a.s. A simplified simulation model of the spindle supplemented by compensatory elements was built by using programs ANSYS, MD ADAMS, Matlab/Simulink. As action elements there were use three piezoactuators each controled by PID controler. Efficiency of this compensation system was verified based on performed simulations.
Description of rotary drive systems of machine tools
Zvada, Pavel ; Synek, Miloš (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis deals with a constructional solution of rotary drive systems and their useful for machine tools. The bachelor is divide in to four base parts for application rotary drive system.
Design of CNC milling machines for modeling workshops
Kovács, Zdeněk ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a CNC milling machine for the puspose of modeling workshop. In the first part is carried out the search in the field of small CNC milling machines for better familiarization with this issue. The information obtained in the first part of the thesis is used for determination the parameters of the designed machine. The last part deals with the design and realization in the form of a 3D model.
Extending Usability of Machines
Maršíková, Anna ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the production and innovation process of the spindle from the current product portfolio of the engineering company TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s. in order to increase machine utilization and satisfy demand. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part serves as a theoretical introduction to the topics marketing, production and innovation. The second part describes the company background and analyzes the current production process. New spindle design according to the customer's wish along with the solution's evaluation will be presented at the end of the thesis.
Design of spindle turning center
Krajča, Martin ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the design of the headstock of a turning center. The aim of the work is the design solution of turning headstock with output of about 5 kW with the possibility of positioning in the C axis. The introductory part of this thesis is focused on the descripti-on of the basic parameters of the headstock and turning centers on the market. The next part deals with choice of cutting conditions and calculation of spindle parameters. These calculations are verified using the FEM method. Based on the calculations and design requirements, a headstock model with drawing documentation is created.
